Take Back Your Holiday
Never-ending obligations and busy work quickly take away from what you really want to be doing — enjoying quality time with the ones you love.
Listen, I know it feels early,
but we need to chat...
I wholeheartedly believe the holiday season is a magical time of year, filled with love and joy. But the season is often also overwhelming — the buying and wrapping of gifts, creating and sending holiday cards, driving to and fro, planning family traditions....
On top of that, you've also got all of the uncertainties 2020 has brought along — Will I be able to celebrate with family? Which holiday events will be canceled for safety reasons? What will the season even look like with everything that is going on in the world?
This year hasn't just taken away the opportunity to celebrate the way you traditionally do; it has taken away your ability to plan ahead.
Do you feel YOUR holly-jolly attitude getting tangled up in the tinsel as I mentioned all these things? You're not alone.
“Go into this holiday season with the attitude that your peace, your health of mind, and your heart mean more than getting everything done. That your smile matters. That feeling rested matters. That celebrating with your loved ones matters.”
Will the take back your holiday guide work for you?
The Take Back Your Holiday Workbook isn't another "thing to do" during a busy season, you don't need more on your plate. This is the community of support you need for an easier Christmas. Will this workbook work for you? YES, if . . .
- You are anxious about having too many unknowns this holiday season
- You haven't had time for yourself in months and your nerves are wearing thin
- You are worried about what the holidays "will look like" if you're not able to celebrate with family

Becoming unbusy is about learning to love yourself enough to slow down. It’s about taking a step back and getting quiet. It’s about taking time to figure out your real desires in life, to listen to that distant inner voice, instead of what society tells you to want. It’s about intentionally choosing to live YOUR truth.
May you have the courage to begin breaking patterns this holiday season that no longer serve you. To give yourself permission to pause and reflect. And to remember taking care of yourself doesn’t mean “me first,” it means “me too.”
