    Type Seven: The Enthusiast

Enneagram Sevens are often described as The Enthusiast or Adventurer. Sevens hate being board and live for the next new experience. They are often fun-loving, busy, highly goal-focused people who always say "YES" to spontaneous adventure.

They can become judgmental, pessimistic, argumentative, and fall into either-or thinking.

In other words, when Enneagram Sevens are overwhelmed and stressed they shift backwards toward the unhealthy side of Type One, The Perfectionist.

In summary, healthy Enneagram Sevens shift toward the positive side of Type Five, The Thinker.

    • Enneagram 5: The Thinker, Investigator + Observer
